• What you give us when you write a review: display name, email, rating, review, photos and videos.
• Proof of purchase (an invoice or receipt), only if you choose to add it.
• Messages you send through the contact form.
• Basic technical data such as device type and pages visited, using cookies you agree to.

Why we use it

• To publish your review and show it with your display name.
• To check purchases and keep fake or paid reviews off the site.
• To reply to you and handle reports and complaints.
• To keep the site secure and working, and to improve it.
• To show ads, only if you allow advertising cookies.

What others can see

Your display name, rating, review, photos, videos and the review date are public. Your email address and proof of purchase are never shown.

Who we share it with

• Service providers that run the site for us (hosting, email), under contract.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.
• We never sell your personal data. Some store links are affiliate links; the store does not receive your details from us.

How long we keep it

• Reviews: while they are published, or until you ask us to delete them.
• Proof of purchase: deleted within 30 days of checking it.
• Contact messages: up to 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or get a copy of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).

Changes

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top.
